“ This place is truly magical. Our host went out of their way for us. The food is always scrumptious. This was my third time here and the people working here are always sweet and fun to be around. We had the most heart felt 4th of July dinner I’ve ever had. We sat out on the patio and they put this song “Why Go To War” on (right after the fireworks started scaring the bajeezus out of us) and it made everything feel so cathartic. There is an ambiance here and it is filled with nothing but love. Also, kudos to our server—they laughed with us & made us feel alive & cared for during a time filled with so much uncertainty. ”
“ Oh my! Let me tell you how we found this place! I was really craving Pho, so I found a restaurant with great reviews and when we got there at 6:30, they were already closed! So we started walking to another restaurant and it looked a little sketchy so we saw the Champagne Tiger across the street and it was packed so we decided to try it out. It was the best. Daniel was our first waiter and he gave us suggestions for drinks. I got the Princetonian and my husband got a margarita. He got some oysters and we ordered dinner. He got the Mustard Roasted Chicken and I got the Steak and Fries. Both amazing meals. You can tell the care that they take with their food. We spent some time talking with the owner, Chris, and then we got a new waiter, Aaron, as Daniel was leaving as he had been there all day. We ordered dessert, Chocolate Pot de Cream and it was so delicious! You can taste the richness of the chocolate that it was made with. We will definitely make this a regular dining spot when we are in Denver. ”
“ One of the best spots in Denver!!! The food was pure perfection elevated classics with creative twists. The entire place is welcoming, comfortable and feels like you’re stepping into a perfectly renovated midcentury diner. We can’t wait to come back! Amazing cocktails and wine too. I’m still dreaming about this meal Allow just a few minutes to find parking, but we were able to park in a paid lot just a block away. ”
“ The Missus (bless 'er) and I visited Champagne Tiger on a recent trip to Denver and it was, by far, the best 'Hospitality Industry' experience we had. The Missus (bless 'er) had scoped out the menu online and was quite anxious to give the caviar service a go. We ordered the Caviar served on a keepsake ashtray. Rather than blinis, the caviar came with tater dots dipped in creme fraiche and dotted with chives. It was a visually appealing as it was a delicious variation on an ancient theme. For our mains, I had the Maltake Mushroom Linguini, which had a wonderful flavor of umami balanced against the toothsome (and fresh) noodles. The Missus (bless 'er) went for the Steak Frites (med rare) and a glass of Cote du Rhone that paired perfectly with the peppercorn sauce. Lastly I had to have something sweet, so it was the Chocolate Pot au Creme for me. Light, creamy and deliciously chocolately, topped of with tiny nuggets of frozen raspberry, The service was personable without being overly personal- just a true professional doing their job. There were no flaws in the technique of the service or food. The atmosphere was lively (live music as we came in) and fun. We agreed that Champagne Tiger was well worth a visit and we look forward to doing so again. ”
“ My friends and I went out for fried chicken and a song on Thursday - it was outstanding. By far my favorite dish was the PEI mussels but one gal ordered the French omelette with Boursin . We didn’t get a pic of the omelette because we destroyed it. So much fun having Anastasia Krystal’s singing and Amra on piano. Our server Emily was on top of it and had a great personality. The whole night was so much fun and we’re all making plans to do brunch and possibly host a party there. ”
“ I absolutely love this place. They have kept the charm of the historical landmark and brought in a fun and welcoming energy. The staff and owners are so kind and make an effort to check on your experience and make you feel at home. The food is very tasty French American and a white variety of drinks/wine. Additionally all their talent filled evenings and brunches really sell the experience. Not to mention, they have tater tots with creme fraise and caviar that comes in a custom ashtray you get to keep! Can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy their incredible patio as well! ”
“ An absolute gem! I had the quiche and a creme mousse dessert at Champaign Tiger, and both were pure perfection. The quiche was rich and flavorful, with a perfectly balanced texture, and the mousse was an elegant, creamy dream—just the right finish to a wonderful meal. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Incredibly friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every detail. Can’t wait to come back! ”
“ I can’t rate this place high enough. Gospel Brunch 10000000/10. Service quality entertainment clean restrooms amazing food friendly very attentive staff. Thank you! ”
